Yesterday, we released our annual results for TrustedChoice.com.
The highlights included attracting over 3,000,000 website visitors (68 percent growth from 2014) and over 75,000 insurance buyer connections to independent agents (166 percent growth). You know these connections as insurance leads (or referrals).

How TrustedChoice.com is Taking Back Marketshare for Independent Agents

In 2015, we took some major steps forward.
The Appetite Engine
One of biggest leaps forward from a technology standpoint was the launch of our proprietary search platform, the “Appetite Engine.”

This means in 2015, by delivering 75,000 referrals, TrustedChoice.com helped add over 30,000 new accounts to local independent insurance agents.

TrustedChoice.com more than doubled our carrier partnerships, adding world-class brands such as CNA, Foremost, Ohio Mutual, W.R. Berkley, and The Hartford.
In the case of Foremost, in only 7 months they’ve come back to add additional state participation on personal lines (now in over 35 states) and commercial exposure for appointed Foremost agents.
Wider insurance carrier participation means more opportunities for independent agents.
