I started with ILSA in 2001, after a twenty-year career in the U.S. Air Force. I designed our first databases myself. We’ve come a long way since then! Technological innovation remains important, of course, but our commitment to building genuine relationships with our clients is the real heart of our business. That relationship begins by asking, “How can we help take away the painful parts of your job?” Then we create customized solutions to meet those needs, ones that can grow with our clients.
The training and management techniques we use cultivate our team members’ strengths and help them find their right fit within our team. We want to nurture their instincts to help others, not beat them into a corporate mold. (We want to help business people, without becoming too business-like ourselves.) When we succeed, our people take awesome care of our clients. That’s a win for everyone!
